General Terms and Conditions

(1) Cancellation. Once your order has been placed, our chefs set about cooking straight away. So should you change your mind, please let us know within 5 minutes of placing your original order. Please call us (rather than email) when requesting a cancellation.

(2) Preparation Time. We aim to prepare your order within 30 minutes (during busy periods, it may take longer). In some instances, we will be able to let you know beforehand if we think it will take longer than usual to prepare your order.

As always, we appreciate your patience.

(3) Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to contact you by phone or email after you have placed your order with us. In some circumstances (for example exceptionally large orders) we will call you back before confirming your order. This helps us avoid fraudulent and hoax orders. We do appreciate your understanding here.

(4) Website Photos.  All photographs on this site are for reference purposes only.

(5) Payment. You can pay by cash, credit card or use The Repulse Bay Club Membership Card when picking up your food and beverage order.
